UnderSlide

Terms of use

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms govern access to UnderSlide. By using the service, you agree to use it for lawful learning purposes and to respect course rules, privacy, and intellectual-property rights.

The service

UnderSlide is an independent AI-assisted lecture slide explainer for international students. It is not a school system, an official course service, an assignment writer, or a guarantee of academic results.

Features, supported inputs, language availability, limits, and providers may change as reliability and compliance requirements evolve.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your sign-in method, and activity performed through your account. Notify UnderSlide promptly if you believe the account is compromised.

Your files and permissions

You retain rights in material you upload. You give UnderSlide a limited permission to store, convert, analyze, and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.

You must have the right or permission to upload the material. Do not upload another person's confidential records, restricted exam materials, unlawfully obtained course files, malware, or content that violates applicable law.

Academic integrity

UnderSlide is intended to support understanding and revision. You remain responsible for following the rules of your institution, course, assessment, and instructor.

Do not use the service to obtain prohibited assistance during an examination, submit generated content as your own work when that is not allowed, or bypass access controls.

AI output and file conversion

AI explanations can be incomplete or incorrect. File conversion can alter or omit visual content, especially for complex PPTX files. UnderSlide uses quality checks and may withhold an unreliable preview, but you must compare important material with the original lecture source.

Generated explanations and study tools are educational information, not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse or interfere with the service.

  • Do not probe, attack, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass rate, credit, authentication, or security controls.
  • Do not use automated access except through an expressly approved interface.
  • Do not impersonate another person or use the service to infringe, harass, deceive, or distribute unlawful content.
  • Do not resell access or publish private lecture material through UnderSlide without authorization.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided on an as-available basis. UnderSlide may suspend processing to protect users, comply with law, correct reliability problems, or address provider outages.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, UnderSlide is not responsible for indirect losses, lost grades, missed deadlines, or decisions made solely from generated content. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Suspension, deletion, and changes

Accounts or content may be restricted for serious or repeated violations, security threats, non-payment when paid services apply, or legal requirements. Where reasonable, notice and an opportunity to address the issue will be provided.

These terms may be updated when the service or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated through the product or an appropriate contact channel.
